How much treatment do I need?
It is advisable to take Halotherapy procedures for health purposes 2 to 4 times a year, 10 to 20 sessions of 45 minutes each.

At what stage of disease is Halotherapy recommended?

For preventive purposes the method can be used at the stage of complete remission of the disease.

During a 45 minutes session a person receives no more than 45 mg sodium chloride - about 1% of daily consumption of salt with common food.
